We all have our routines before meeting someone new, whether it’s a specific playlist, a favorite outfit, or maybe a pep talk in the mirror.
What are your go-to moves for kicking off a meet with confidence & energy.
Share your rituals or any special habits that help you make a stellar first impression. |

I always listen to a specific playlist as I'm driving to a date. It's designed specifically to only include soothing songs that I like, that reduce my anxiety. So I hopefully don't show a ball of nervous energy (this still happens but it'd be worse without my playlist) |

Thats a solid move.Music really does work wonders for calming the nerves.
What’s the go-to song on your playlist that never fails to get you in the right headspace?

No, that's the beauty of that playlist. None of them are skippable so I can listen to any of them and I feel a little less so anxious. |

Sounds like a great way to stay grounded. Do you find that same approach works in other parts of life, or is it just a pre-meet ritual?

I'm quite anxious generally and use this approach for anything that makes me nervous! (though recently it's only cropped up when meeting new people!) |

Aside from the usual dress to impress and catfish them with make up.. I like to listen to sexy / empowering songs to help me get in my Bella mindset.
If you ever witness a random weirdo slut dropping around a train station, it's probably me 🤷♀️😂 |

I like to channel my inner rockstar before a meet—starts with a shower hotter than my fantasies, followed by a playlist that ranges from seductive slow jams to 'I’m-about-to-rock-your-world' anthems.
Then it’s time for the outfit: something that says, ‘I’m classy but also very capable of mischief.’ A spritz of confidence (also known as my best cologne), and a quick mirror check to remind myself, ‘You’re a catch, you’re sexy, and yes, you absolutely will behave… for at least the first five minutes.’
