OP has same problem as me, I'm on South Coast also, in Hastings.
For Fab, jobs, housing etc we are automatically at a disadvantage because we have 180 degrees of sea surrounding us.
So if you are prepared to travel say 30 miles for a job etc you only got a half circle in which to operate, because the rest of its sea!
Fab wise, I've never had a meet and just do the forums now. I would only be prepared to travel 15 miles for a meet. Factor that in with been surrounded by 180 degrees os sea, the fact that Bexhill on Sea is the next town with an elderly population and I've limited my prderences to 60 years old.
In Fab terms I'm f**ked but not in the way I expectd, so I just stick to the forums now. |
