tried a new recipe today .. not sure if it has worked or not
if its a disaster .. I will blame 'the hairy bikers' as its their recipe I followed
however .. if its a resounding success it will be 'something I just threw together'
fair isn't it ??

braising steak .. roast potatoes, roast peppers, leeks and onion .. it actually worked kind of
only meant to leave it in the oven for an hour and a half but went out on my bike and got a wee bit carried away and ended up out for 2 hours
but it was ok |
