Power is held both. Both have equal responsibility to look after each other, both have equal rights to say “no”. The Dominant also has to consent to what the submissive may want or need and have the ability to say I’m sorry that’s not for me. Power for me is equal. Equal responsibility to be responsible for the mental and physical well being of both
