I find adding eggs to boiling water and boiling for about 5 mins works. It depends on egg size and thickness of the shell! My brother hens eggs have thick shells!

It’s so hard to get it right! I can’t stand runny white. I do 3 minutes and 40 seconds from boiling then put straight under cold tap. Slightly runny yolk.

Hard whites and runny yolks normally. I am not sure it is an exact science.

3 mins 30 secs in boiling water (don’t put them in cold to boil, wait until water is boiling). Always come out perfect.

Cant stand any runny white 🤮

Don’t keep the eggs in the fridge. Their insides must be at room temperature.

Get pan of water on the go, put eggs in when water is warm, not hot. Get water up to a rolling boil, then turn off the heat. Leave eggs to cook in the residual heat left in the water for 6 minutes.
