My first coffee of the day - at after 3pm, which is a crime against humanity - and then a voyage into the untrodden landscape of a Thursday afternoon in February 2025. All that's written in tablets of stone is finishing that Inspector Morse novel I've been kicking around for too long, getting yelled at by a fierce gym instructor, and a hot date later with a marbled piece of retired dairy cow sirloin. The bearnaise and potato rosti aren't yet nailed on accompaniments, but I'm leaning strongly in their direction. |
