I’d say, be brave and be more honest to yourself about what you want from a relationship as opposed to doing the right thing people expect from you !
And that family is not everything ….. it is what people in your family say to you because they believe they are entitled to everything most others put effort and work into getting |

Agree with this, being kind, generous and thoughtful above your own needs is great to a point, just never forget to look after your own needs and wants. Sadly those of us that do will repeat the trend to the grave. |
