What do you play, how long and what’s your favourite thing about it?

Guitar 1st instrument..

started playing out of pettiness then discovered appetite for destruction.

Piano

Drums

Bass(like a bassist not a guitarist, if you know you know)

All over devon, I love a road trip!

Guitar, piano, bass, singer. The piano is such a versatile instrument, I love that. Played in bands since I was about 14? Love it!

Feeling like Keith Richards now 🤣

Brum - ish

I played the violin from early childhood, added the piano a few years later and took up the flute later again.

"Drummer.

Former session musician"

That's a hard standard to get to, likely the pinnacle of musical theory. I don't mean to pry but why former? Just a change of circumstance?

Stirlingshire

I'm a singer.

Voice counts as an instrument, but wish I'd learned to play something.

Bro, you know what they say - It’s not what you know, it’s who you know.

I’m am extreeeemely mediocre talent. I just used to work in an industry adjacent job & crossed-over when I saw an opportunity.

Thanks. To play for anyone is an envious position to get to. At least you kept your eyes open - as a layman you don't appreciate how a competitive an industry it is.

Double bass , being playing it roughly for 40 years on and off

Played in a rockabilly band then moved on to blues bands.

Now only play it for me at home.

Stamford

My instrument was decks, at University in the 90s...

Main instrument now is guitar(s!) I love the feel of different guitars / amps / pedals and how easy it is to loop / solo / improvise and totally lose yourself for hours!
