Well be having something meaty to get our protein uptake higher, probably chicken skewers, followed by a two scoop iso protein shake and a protein yoghurt, think there's a theme going on here haha x |

It's tapas night tonight and some good wine to destress from two weeks of it. When I say tapas, I mean just bits and pieces, cheese, cold meats, olives, nice bread and some hummus. I have a square of orange cake to have at some point too.  |

Hubby made from-scratch pizzas for tea. He's just tweaked his usual recipe, and the results are heavenly. It's one he's been refining over the last 10 years, and have just gone one better.
That he loves to cook is something I'm not going to protest about!!  |
