Budget fashion retail (ie Primark). I almost went nose to nose with a customer once because I told him he couldn't return a pack of boxers that his wife bought for him.
Makes me glad I don't work in retail anymore. Although I think everyone should be forced to work in retail for 6 months to a year, I think we would all be nicer to each other as a result.  |

I volunteer twice a week. Last week and the week before involved me and another volunteer "outing" stuff we couldn't sell (it was thick with dust so had been out forever). Quite a few had something to say about it - not politely either. I even said if they wanted anything we had thrown or were going to through then they could just take it. |
