Pseudoephedrine containing sudafed or similar (can't get on its own, it's an ingredient in I'm sure I can't name that here). It rebounds so save it for sleep and when you absolutely must. The paracetamol in these things is also worth limiting because fevers help kill germs. (I also focus on sleep)

Absolutely. After experiencing rebound on pseudoephedrine, I now only take it to help me sleep |
