I think the hotel vouchers is a good idea
Maybe a spa hotel where they can enjoy treatments or the health centre together
Or just a day in a spa with lunch, a nice day out
Or make them a wedding book of snaps from the day and night of the wedding.
Personal memories of both families that maybe a wedding photographer would miss, so the informal stuff.
