It’s just an easy way to end future time wasting if you’re not interested in someone. I have 5 messages from “just this minute” and hundreds more unread. I’m sure plenty of them are genuine guys, but if I’m not interested and they carry on messaging then it’s a waste of my time and of theirs. Blocking saves a headache for both parties. |

If someone's pictures don't entice, their craic doesn't appear promising, or they live too far away. Then why not block?

I wouldn't class myself a a nice guy,but definitely not a "bad guy" either I'm a grumpy but honest chap who'll treat people with respect but definitely not a sycophant showering a woman with false praise to carry favour in hopes of a shag.

They block so they can sit back and enjoy the site, they then get the chance to look and choose for themselves. Having an inbox constantly bombaded with sometimes hundreds of messages is no fun and can’t be managed. New messages in part of an ongoing conversation are often lost amongst the desperate pleas and demands of the hoards who just don’t get how things work. |
