Just went to an event and there was a single guy there that just kept lurking in door ways and was giving us the creeps after being told by us and another couple in the room we were not interested he just stayed blocking the doorway.
Is there a polite way to tell guys like this to fuck off that we are not aware of

Aka wanking dead
I find the correct procedure is "no thank you" - "I'm not comfortable with you being here, do you mind moving?" - "I don't like that I have to tell you again" - shove past him and find a member of staff to deal with him. |

There is no simple, answer to this one.
Lurkers want sex just as much as social butterflies do, perhaps even more.
They see clubs as a better hope for pulling than, say going to a pub or newspaper dating.
I can't help believing that a more relaxed approach, in the real world, to prostitution/'massage'as an easy source of nookie which one finds in some other cultures would take a lot of the pressure off lurkers and their target clientele. Some of them are just painfully shy and know no other approach. Others overdo it with creepiness. Different folks, different strokes.. |

"I believed open doors are an invite to watch? Close the door if not "
True. My advice stands if there's no door to close (if it's a doorway)
If not, close the door and cover any windows. If he continues to bother you, ask staff |
