What is one article of clothing that someone could wear that would make you walk out on a date with them?

I take a "come as you are" approach to things. Just wear what you normally wear, as long as we're clean and don't smell that works for me.

A lady would need to be very badly dressed for me to run away. As long as she doesn't have chronic BO or stinky breath, I'm easily pleased.

What’s the context of the date?

Him rocking up in trainers, joggers and an old shirt to a nice restaurant would be a red flag…. But him rocking up in that to a pottery class date wouldn’t.

I think this is the biggest point .. but as most dates are the dinner kind .. if my date was wearing hot pants and shoes that she cannot walk in I’d probably say a polite early goodbye … actually experienced this and it was a really bad one

Gym wear of any kind; I don't give a flying fook if it's designer, I'm off.

It wouldn't be the clothing that would make me run as I find that a bit shallow....it would be something the person did/said that would do it.

Grey track suit bottoms, well any colour really.

I wouldn't physically walk out but I'd mentally disengage.

Shallow? Yep.

Clothing wouldn't make me do that. Other things could though, but I'm too polite to just walk. Aimless chit chat, a look at my watch, didn't realise it was that time, lovely meeting you etc etc

"Joggers and dirty trainers"

If the trainers were clean would it change your outlook on the joggers?
