I've had to cancel work again today as my Endometriosis is really bad. I've had 2 days of Tramadol and am feeling really woozy.
I sent a text to my lessons explaining and so far I've had 2 offers of meals cooked for me and an offer of shopping from the parents. These people aren't people I'd call friends, I go into their homes once a week for an hour and they are being so lovely.
The kindness of acquaintances is really heartwarming. The world is not such a horrid place! |

It is isn't it. I just thought it was so sweet to offer help like that. My neighbour has done the same - I'm a bit crap when I'm ill, I try to do as much as possible but hate asking people for help. |

It is isn't it. I just thought it was so sweet to offer help like that. My neighbour has done the same - I'm a bit crap when I'm ill, I try to do as much as possible but hate asking people for help. "
Very kind gestures... I don't like to ask either but sometimes we get in a position and need help from others. also doing to much won't help,. get your feet up and rest  |
