I build things on Minecraft. It's one of very few things where I can just completely unplug my brain, and zone out from everything else.

Nothing bothers me when I'm designing/building things, my phone doesn't get looked at and I''m just in a proper little hyper-focus. Although you can usually tell what sort of mood I was in beforehand from what I end up building

There's a non-PG kind of gardening?

Being out in the fresh air, sometimes even if I'm working.

A beach walk is one of my favorite ways but don't get the chance that often.

Music also works well too.

Meditation...everyone should meditate, but not many think it's for them...usually the ones who need it most. Yoga Nidra guided meditation is a good place to start...

Have you tried playing games on you phone, but make sure it's with the blue light thing off.

Meditation is better, but when I can't get work out my head at night a game is my go to find a boring repetitive one.

Six guitars, plus I've a gaming rig I've built myself.

Working from home most days so lunchtimes are far from boring.

Bit of isolation as a result makes me want to make a few more social connections, mind.
