What’s your go-to dopamine fix when you’re feeling like you need a little pick-me-up? Whether it’s a quick workout, a favourite snack, a creative outlet, or something unique, what works for you?
Mine is cold water be it a shower or bath or a dip in nature.

Don’t leave until I’ve clipped one over 300yds on the track man!
Ignoring the fact that it went no where near where I was aiming."

It all depends on my mood and how much time I have.
If it's comfort food I am seeking, then anything chocolate or cake with a coffee would do the trick. If I have more time then a trip to a coffee shop to sit in and have the treat whilst chatting to someone is great. My husband and daughter both know this is a great way to cheer me up.
Otherwise I get a fix from being outdoors, walking or running, with or without company. Or going to the gym with headphones and getting in the zone for a good workout.

I'm in the process of writing a blog post
