Quite a bit more than I would expect. It's the same people as well. All the fucking time.
Just not worth the hassle. As much as that phrase 'if you don't like something just scroll on' irritates me. I find it's the best thing to do.

More than a few times.
Usually I end up deleting it for 1 of 2 reasons.
1. No point engaging cos it would be like arguing with a brick wall.
2. I would get a forum ban, or actual ban for the things I would say. Not worth it to engage with someone who is clearly just trying to cause drama |

Thank you for all the responses, it's made me feel better to know its not just me!
I usually scroll by the irritating ones but I let one get under my skin earlier and I'm not kidding, I wrote an essay! Decided it was definitely not worth it but not until I'd wasted 10 minutes of my life.
Not the first time and it won't be the last but at least I now know I'm sane  |

I just avoid any of those type of threads with the occasional slip. I am not here to feed the trolls and those who don't respect others. And that inckudes polarised and dogmatic political posts. Time and place for everything and gor me it's not here.  |

By the time I post it makes no jot of difference anyway.
Plus you realise that a lot of people who start threads aren’t wanting other opinions - they just want validation theirs is right.

I have done it on occasion but it's mostly a problem when it's an opinion that's also a reply to someone else. They take that as an invitation to have an argument and I make the realisation that actually... I really cannot give a shit. |
