In previous incarnations on here I met women, went to socials etc etc and I'm nowhere near a 10. Yes, being more attractive will help - obviously but it isn't the be all and end all.
If you have very few expectations, so don't run around like a horny puppy messaging everyone, and just be yourself you should be OK. Unless being yourself is being a cunt  |

I think I’m attractive, like I’m confident that I’m not ugly to most people even if I’m not their type, but I’m so far from a 10/10 it’s a joke and meeting people has been fine. I don’t meet new people constantly. And I only meet people that I WANT to meet.

I'm thinking, I'm nowhere near a 10/10, but I've always been pleased with how many people I've met.
I also seem to do OK with getting replies to messages.

The minute you start seeing it as a competition or bring up the lame old trope about ratios and percentages or even ratings you have backed a loser.
You don't have to be a 10/10 because no such person exists and it's all subjective anyway.
One person's 8 is another person's 1.

I've been here 17 years now. I'm definitely closer to a 5 than a 10.
In that time I've met lots of people, both for socials and sex. I've found FB's, FWB's, a wife and am currently very, very happy with two partners.
None of it happened just because I set up a profile and posted a few photos. 🤷♂️

My thoughts are:
Get yourself to a social in your area.
If there are no regular socials in your area, then start one yourself. Invite everyone, rather than just single women or whoever you are wanting to meet. |

I think yout need time and patience. I've had 4 meets from here over the last 4 years that I've been on / off this site.
I don't really put much effort in trying to meet to be honest, 2 times I just happened to be online when people have used the 'nearby' function when they, the other 2 have been local women that I've ended uo chatting to.
I guess not being desperate and pushy has helped. |
