How do I start this? Although immensely happy and content with my partner occasionally, ever so occasionally a song, a smell, the look of the sky will remind me of a passed love I thought I had forgot will flood back into my mind. It maybe because I'm just an old romantic fool or a bit cracked but do you other Fabbers suffer/enjoy these uninvited ghosts?

Suffer and enjoy depending upon the memory and feeling evoked.

Occasionally. The occasional twinge of regret.

The songs that get me are The Day You Went Away and Beloved, both by Wendy Matthews. (Potential tear jerkers)

(I Don't Want to Be With Nobody But You, same artist, will pick you up if they wring you out a bit)

I think it's common for things to trigger memories. It's subconscious don't feel bad.
