Hiya op
Steroids aren't for me, I prefer putting the work in and drinking a good source of protein and nutrition from food
Even if you use steroids you still need to put the hard work in to maintain it |

Steroids not a good idea, do it naturally.
You'll be surprised how quick the results are.
I work on my legs mainly and get good results, walking, running, squats, cycling and swimming, white meat and veg and hydrate with water, detox with cranberry and pomegranate juices.
Whey pro. is popular but I've never tried it. |

If you’re going into competitive bodybuilding and willing to spend £1000s on bloodwork, heart and a liver tests then use roids. If you’re wanting to bulk up just get a decent training regime and eat well. No point having the potentially awful side effects if you’re not competing and training right as you’ll not get massively more gains anyway. |

Are steroids really that harmful? After all, they were legal until around 1990, if I’m not mistaken. Plus, I’ve seen or known people who I’m fairly certain have used them. Of course, if you overdo anything it can be harmful. |

Before considering supplements or substances, ask yourself: is your training and nutrition optimized? If not, how do you expect to gain weight? Muscle doesn’t grow from shortcuts alone—it requires consistent effort.
You might be surprised at what you can achieve naturally with proper dedication. If you’re still considering enhancements, understand the risks involved. Oral substances can be toxic to your liver, while injectables come with a range of unpleasant side effects. Regular blood work is essential to monitor these risks.
Additionally, using substances can suppress your body’s natural testosterone production, causing long-term issues. Your body won’t automatically resume normal testosterone levels once you stop, so have you planned for post-cycle recovery? Otherwise, you risk developing serious side effects like gynecomastia ("bitch tits").
Do you want to cut fat after gaining muscle? That will likely require additional drugs, introducing even more risks. Instead, focus on learning how to train and eat properly to maintain your gains year-round. Taking substances just to achieve a temporary look is rarely worth the long-term health risks and potential loss of progress. |

Far too much to put here but basically
Max out your natural gains first this is a must should take 2-3 years of doing everything spot on if haven’t already done so
Then run fist cycle test only 5-600mg, run this a few times. From there can decide to up dose and add stronger compounds Will have learnt enough by then to proceed on own

Focus on your nutrition needs. When you've mastered this, then prepare your training.
You will get the biggest changes, going from zero to regular training, than if you'd been training badly. Then factor in reviews and changing your programme, every few weeks. This will include monitoring and managing your nutrition, which is the essential part of your training. Most gyms will have someone to help with your progressmes and there are many people here who can guide you too.
Ensure your motivation and goals are realistic and will be maintained or elevated, as you progress. Like everything, you'll learn a lot as you go and hit some plateaus but you can make great progress, with consistency of effort and dedication. |
