Well on a mum bod thread recently I argued that as a mother with a body I qualified.  . It's all just words but in s very literal sense, yeah, you can have both. |

There's literally thousands of forum posts about it
I don't think there's one answer, but common themes are go to clubs and socials, join in the forums, don't be a dick, be respectful, target your messages (no carpet bombing) and accept that things take time to nurture - that includes your expectations, your approach and how you present yourself |
