"I’ve no idea what it is?"
1 – Stick to a diet of your choice. ...2 – No alcohol. ...3 – Perform two 45-minute long workouts per day. ...4 – Drink a gallon of water a day. ...5 – Take a progress photo every day. ...6 – 10 pages of non-fiction self-development books each
Apologies for the poor formatting, very much a cut and paste job |

A gallon is a lot of water! Hope it’s spread out a lot during the day. For the sake of the kidneys |

"It's the gallon of water that would bother me.
I'd be pissing like a racehorse.
8 pints of water would be hard to get down too. "
Mental how 8 pints of water sounds hard but 8 pints of lager sounds perfectly fine ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |

Lol I can't imagine drinking 8 pints of anything in a day unless I was sweating buckets.

Lots of scientific evidence showing how over hydration puts stress on your internal organs and leads to an early death. If your pee is recently clear, most the time, you’re drinking enough. |

"I really dislike that guy, find him quite fake and toxic ideas. He’s just selling his books right?
"
As far as I can tell yes, when I googled, the first thing that came up was his book. I don't know who he is.
His regime "might" work but it does sound like going from 0 to 100 straight away |

I think that it’s great to setup a plan. I would agree that if the water is too much you can compromise if your pee is clear it’s sufficient. The expertise plan is great though, I’ve not found that I need a rest day, but I’m mixing up gym classes weights abs bike and running so not felt over burn… typicaly I was already training a fair amount but had not pushed for a while |

The hardest part would be reading some dweebs idea of self development...imagine taking tips from some guy that looks like a tramp, never seen the inside of a gym, sitting at home in his 1 bed flat giving other people pointers....😂😂
Go to the gym, eat well, the rest will follow. |

"That is a lot more water than NHS advice, 6 -8 cups/mugs approx 2 liters, pee should be pale yellow, I drink probably a minimum of 10 mugs of tea per day and pee is normally clear"
With the added exercise it won’t be too much. I can drink 2 litres in one intense workout. |

Sod that! Lifes to short...would rather be enjoying myself.
No need to do all that for a healthy body and mind.
Better off just doing 45 min a day 3-4 times per week, a balanced diet and focus on something fun and enjoyable, no need to torture yourself lol |

I very rarely drink any water in this country. I don’t actually like drinking water and I can’t remember it even being a thing until about 1990s, never had water bottles at school. My pee is the right color for an adequately hydrated person. Last thing I wanna do is wear my liver & kidneys out and end up disabled or die young following some fake guru - or NHS advice. |

I try it every year, and only lasted a couple of weeks this year, found the reading to be the worse part in I’m honest, I’d run in the morning (outdoor) work, gym in the evening, but diet making me have no energy, sitting reading a book for ten pages just killed my motivation. |

Yikes at a gallon of water a day. That sounds like twice the recommended water consumption for someone in the UK?
Also, for those struggling with the reading part, consider switching to audiobooks for the self development. |
