So many of the profiles I look at are smokers. It is frustrating when I see that as I've had first hand experience of a woman with lung cancer from smoking. Does the number reflect the norm or do swingers have a tendency to be smokers? If only they realised the potential damage they are doing to themselves and their family. Sorry to be such a downer! |

The even better thing is the number of people who'll lie about it.
Cigarette smoke gives me gnarly nose bleeds. Close contact with smokers set it off pretty much no matter what people do to clean up.
But lots of people are prepared to lie about it. (Is it in my profile that I actually really mean no smokers? Yes. Does anyone read that or care? 😂😂😂😭) |

1 in 2 people are going to get cancer,whether you smoke or not,so what I'm saying is enjoy the person whether they smoke or not,obviously it's there choice to smoke/drink,you can help them quit but you can't make the decision for them |

Could you try and be a bit more patronising.
I’m pretty sure that any adult on this site who smokes will be aware of the health implications.
Some may be trying to kick the habit, some may have the view that life is full of risks and things that can adversely affect their health, and a prepared to take their chances.
There are many activities and practices that people pursue in life that can have a major impact on their health but as adults it is their Choi to make. |

To be fair it’s a pretty horrible smell if you don’t smoke yourself. I totally get why some people won’t meet smokers. I smoke a couple of times a month if that so people definitely wouldn’t know if I lied about it but I don’t see the point in lying. If I want one I’ll have one. |

I'm pretty sure there isn't an adult in the country that doesn't know that smoking is bad got you.
Adults will often do things that aren't in their best interests. Smoke. Drink excessively. Drive at dangerous speeds. Meet random strangers on the Internet for sex.
The best thing to do is let them make their own life choices. 🤷♂️ |

We are all adults some drink some smoke but the thing that really rankles is that people on hear say they don’t admit to being smokers sorry but we do read the tick where it says smoker
Maybe we should have a tick for alcohol as well

I agree it's their choice to smoke, of course, and I am sure they realise the health risks too. The point I was making was there seemed to be a disproportionate number of smokers on here and I wondered if that was a reflection of the overall swinging lifestyle. Not trying to be patronising either! I'm just a little disappointed when I see so many gorgeous women who smoke and they are damaging their health and looks |

If I had to put my finger on it, I'd say the correlation is ability to not conform. Smoking is no longer the norm, and so in a non-conformist environment, you're more likely to find people who don't conform in all sorts of different ways as well. |

I can smell a smoker from a mile away. Cracks me up when they say they don’t smoke.
I met someone eho was ideal for me as a potential fwb on a social coffe but the smoker’s smell turns my stomach. I just can’t.
I was a passive smoker all my childhood with 2 parents who smoked 40 a day each. They both died of cancer. |

Some people also state no vapers so as an off topic it would be helpful if fab introduced a vaper option?
