Has anyone had this problem, no matter what button you press it just brings up the tv guide, i have tried new batteries just does the same.
Been trying to order a replacement remote on the virgin site, they just run you round in circles, so getting nowhere fast  |

yes i have followed the instructions to do that, but when it says after doing these steps the light on the remote should flash green, but my remote does not do it, which is why i am thinking it is faulty. at times the red light on the remote stays on for 20 seconds after pressing a button, and the light on the v6 box goes off until the light on the remote eventually goes off.
