I have done, not very often though, it has to be pretty boring sex for a guy not to cum. It's pretty easy to get away with as girls tend not to want to examine the condom afterwards.

I reckon this is borne of wanting to please your partner, I don't see it's a problem, letting your partner think you had a good time is important. However ladies, no matter how good your act, we do know the difference.

For me if you wanna fake it, as long as it's for the right reasons, carry on.
