Morning all. I'm hiding from the nephew and niece. They stayed at my dad's last night and I can hear them in the garden!!!
I'm going to attempt to make eggs Benedict this morning but low carb. Using a Swede rosti as the muffin then wilted baby spinach, nice ham, poached egg, and hollandaise sauce  |

Morning all.
Yep. I'm back.  I spent most of the week not only in hospital but totally incommunicado! No phone connection, no internet - it was terrible, I actually had to to talk to actual people! 
But it's all ok now, I'm back in the 21st century, all my gadgets are working again and I can sink back into digitally induced hermitry.  |

This last stay was to deal with the problem that's been the root cause of most of my recent admissions. Hopefully it's all resolved and though I won't be right for the next few months I shouldn't spend quite so much time in a hospital bed. So a constructive stay.  |
