I was planning on exercising more in 2025.

Still plenty of time left in the year to stop planning and start doing it. 🤷‍♂️😇

One habit (Fab specific) I'd recommend is for people to stop worrying about things that are out of your control. A waste of time and effort.

I'm trying to smile every day for 10 minutes when I get up. I heard it sets you up for the day and puts you in the right mood. It's a bit odd walking about grinning but so far I would say it has definitely lifted my mood.

I think learn to ‘Be pro-active’. It was important enough to be the first habit in Stephen Covey’s famous book. When you learn to take personal responsibility for everything in your life and stop looking externally or complaining, things begin to change very quickly
