Plumber, you have to woo them, bribe them, stroke their ego, run a huge bill constantly trying to get hold of them, Keep taking days of work in the hope they may turn up, be prepared to constantly bite your tongue and if lucky enough to get one to turn up, make sure you surrender to the absolute imperious persona and be prepared to pay the over inflated ransom price for the 2 mins of their time.
