So before anyone say google, I have done already but still gonna ask here.

Anyone had a twitch in their cheek before? It’s right up on the cheek bone but definitely not my eye twitching. It’s been happening for a couple of weeks now.

It’s not really bothering me other than being a bit annoying cos I can see it when it’s happening and it’s weird lol.

I had Bell’s palsy last year and initially thought it could be a left over symptom of that perhaps but then that was like 8 months ago and this twitch only started recently so I’m not sure there’s a connection there. 🤔

I would say monitor and if it gets worse or doesn't go away try to see a gp. It could be left over from Bells Palsy, a symptom of stress or one of those random things that happens for no reason

Cheek twitches under my eye sometimes when a bit stressed or run down, usually goes away of its own accord. Too much screentime sometimes triggers it

A FWB of mine twitches mad after an orgasm! I've never seen anything like it but her whole body spasms!

Maybe a little run down.

I work 72 hours a week and my extra curricular activities take up one or two nights a week lol. Burning the candle at both ends perhaps

What side effects do you still have?

I’m lucky in that I didn’t get it that bad and it was gone within 3 or 4 weeks. I didn’t get the mouth drop or anything, just the entire left side of my face was frozen.

I was going to ask if you were tired and run down but you have answered that yourself.

Look after yourself more xxxx

I get a decent 6 or 7 hours sleep a night. I eat plenty (never been a big drinker so only have one or two drinks a day, usually decaf coffee). On my day off I usually have a lie in and don’t do much so I can recharge myself

Twinges and twitches mainly

The most frustrating one, however, is that my left eye closes over when I get tired

So no all night meets for me

Sounds okay, 72 hours a week is a long week though, if its stressful that may not help.

Sounds like you are looking after yourself, I just wanted to say the right thing and get you to look at how pooped ypu may have been.

Don't forget the time of the year doesn't help.

I am not an expert but I know I twitch when I am wrecked.

Hmm strange that. I had Bells Palsy a few years ago on my right side, and every so often get a facial twitch on that side just below the eye. Never gave it much thought.

Maybe there is a connection.

We have a doctor visit work in the week so I’m gonna ask him.
