When it's been snowing and they don't clear their roof or bonnet so when you are following them down the road a huge chunk of frozen snow fly's off and slam's into your windscreen.
Is it like a badge of honour ( look at me I've had snow)
Or just plain laziness??? |

I had a Nissan Micra back in the 90s that was impossible to keep de-misted. We had to open the windows in winter to keep the windscreen clear. |
