It's a ploy by stores. Kids see the easter eggs, they carry on until you buy them one, they scram it as soon as you're home then want another the next time you go shopping.

Easter eggs are always presented the more narrow conical end upper most.
The fatter hemisphere of the egg down most … I hear you ask why ?
Because if you take the egg out the the box bottom first …. the box lid doesn’t close with a bang ( like a chickens bum )

We are going to meet up with our friendship group on Saturday night for the first time since before Christmas. I have bought sweet & savoury snacks and will be turning up with an Easter Egg, just to make them laugh.

I went to Cadbury World in October once and bought the kids selection boxes in the shop. By December I had to buy new ones to replace them as they didn't last.
Easter eggs would be the same so they don't need to be on the shelf until the Thursday before Good Friday. |
