Nowadays, I don't usually do lunch on weekdays - maybe some toast mid-afternoon if I'm hungry, but lunch per se is a good habit not to get back into.

Usually have a small lunch and something more substantial later. However they do say is best to have a substantial lunch and something lighter later. Lots of what they do in continental Europe
