The first picture looks like you’ve fallen in to heavy plant machinery cock first, it’s possibly the lighting of the picture but the end looks very red and sore! You could possibly try that picture in black and white. I would also consider doing a bit of manscaping, it will tidy the appearance and will present as well kept.
