Not to be confused with Bolivian marching powder often advertised!
I’ve just returned from Canada via the UK, the latter is chaos and the former never skips a beat; snow was maybe a foot deep around the Canadian airport and more on the cleared side walks.
What is it about the UK and weather, it’s not exactly a surprise, more often than not it’s forecast; adverse weather has been all over the news for days before a single flake hit the motorway; yet chaos ensues every time!
There’s a name for those who make the same mistake over and over again, expecting different results; surely local council or national oversight needs a radical rethink, it must cost the UK economy millions of GBP a day!
