Cameron enters the Suarez debate.

This one has given me a giggle....
"I made my own views clear just as a dad watching the game. I've got a seven-year-old son who just loves watching football and when players behave like this it just sets the most appalling example to young people in our country."
Pot...kettle....black....spring to mind.
Whilst he's right about Suarez , hope he doesn't allow his son to watch prime minister's questions. 'Overgrown schoolboys' spring to mind. I don't think they've ever resorted to biting each other but we've had MPs assaulting each other in the Common's bar. |

But kids don't watch parliament time, or the budget! Well, mine certainly don't. But they do hero worship certain footballers, and Suarez is one of them, who should set an example on the field! |

Well you guys elected him. What do you expect him to say - yea its ok! Every official in the country will critisize because there is no other option. Prem football would be sorted out in a weekend if they were officiated by rugby refs.
Anyway , bring back maggie - she hated football! |

I think it speaks more about english football supporters. Everyone hates suarez except liverpool fans cause he is a cheat. But exactly the same can be said of the other teams - bale, ronaldo, drogba, henry. And if you can't say that about your team you're jealous because they are great players as well as cheats. |

"But you did. He's pm and elected by the british public. "
Ermm, I beg to differ.
Cameron became PM as a result of a political deal, not as a result of gaining the majority of votes cast - therefore, he was not "elected" by anybody other than the LibDem leadership who, of the three main parties, had the smallest share of the public's vote.
In no way does that constitute having been "elected" by the British public. |
