I will have the usual beef in black bean sauce with crispy noodles and salt and chilli chicken from my favourite Chinese haven’t had much to eat today so will also get a bag of salt and chilli chips |

Unless I swerve by the supermarket instead and end up with a pasta and veg combo. Maybe tortellini with long-stem broccoli, babycorn and a sauce of some description.

Cheese (cheddar), crackers, sliced apple, some sliced tomatoes with a spritz of vinegar and a dash of salt, and a few grapes.
Very rustic as I cobbled it together.
That’s cobbled and not gobbled.

Well MB, I haven't had any yet
In fact, I've only eaten once today, around 2pm
I went to a little Arabic cafe (it only has 8 tables) and had chicken tikka with fresh salad and a crispy naan
Cooked fresh and in front of you in the tandoor
The charring they get on the onions adds a whole different taste
Anyway, £8.50 well spent  |

I made a vegetable & paprika soup earlier, so had a bowl of that with a chicken sandwich at mid-afternoon
That has left me in a state where I'm not really peckish
So tea has been a simple affair; creamy blue cheese and sliced pear
It's one of them things that shouldn't work, but just does |
