no matter

Omg Im such a twit.. OH left a pile of washing to be done when he left for florida last week I did the whites with no mishap then tackled the golf trousers and darks

Clever me I thought oo i'll wash the rope washing line as it was looking grubby after the winter.. BIG MISTAKE ..

I wondered why the machine stopped opened up to a carnage of white disintergrated FLUFF OMG the machine was blocked had to remove sodden clothes and tackle the filter totally full of mucky goo. His golf trousers and socks appear ruined !! im giggling.

Took two empty washes to clear the filter and a carrier bag full of rubbish. I put the stuff back in on for two rinse washes and took out and shook them . Actually think I can get away with using a roll off on them to salvage the disaster except for the vest and pants which look beyond repair.

Think I will throw those and pretend I know nothing.

The washing line is being tugged at for birds nests now they will love that.

Have you had any of these home disasters ..(Over to Minxie)

Who on earth puts their washing line in the machine?

It must take ages to iron afterwards

not sure if I should admit this .... but many years ago I had been up late on the laptop and after finishing I stuck it in the washing machine (reasoning that any burglar wouldn't look in there)with good intentions to remove it early the next day ... fast forward to Sunday morning, sun shining, family happily playing and washing machine on spin cycle!!!

I am laughing lots ...... I can't recall an incident I have had with a washing machine - only the lightbulb/cooker which we all know about lol

I am waiting for the post that says even if u cook the laptop for 1 hour at 180 degrees Celsius u can't get a knife into it lol .....

If it helps though I can't see that my whirly gig washing line would fit in the washing machine lol ......

A mate came home to find his mum sitting on top of their brand new washing machine as it literally galloped around the kitchen after she neglected to remove the transit screws before using for the first time

Not so much a mishap but whilst delivering new washers around gloucester had pikeys keep nicking the scrap washers from next to the van whilst we were fitting the new one . Eventually got revenge by pissing In the soap drawwer of the next scrap one we left out had a good laugh when pikeys picked it up and got covered in piss no more scrap went missing after that

Got something caught in the door seal as the door was closed once, machine started and we went out for the day. Came back in the evening to find the whole of the ground floor carpets soaked as the machine had leaked during the wash and rinse cycles. Ooops. New carpets throughout. Luckily not a house with floorboards and the skirting boards and plaster on the walls wasn't touched but damp had started to creep up the stairs carpet. Insurance company sent round driers to start with but after two days gave up and paid to replace the carpets.
