I am sorry OP but I'm missing the point of this thread. You're asking us for help (which is fine btw) yet the guy has told you to leave him alone or block him. So just do that, block him and move on.
Maybe I am looking at this too simplistically or possibly I am a cold person but I don't have a problem with boundaries and NSA, which is making me think there's more to the context of this situation.
