Try four promethazine and a zopiclone. See a shrink for my insomnia. He suggest not thinking about what I think about in bed. Very un useful. Seriously get up watch TV and let time pass. I suffered for a decade or more. Medical help is non existent they just want u on happy pills. |

Suffered for about 45years sleep pattern goes from an average of 3-4 hrs to nothing then usually once every few weeks I'll get a day when I literally nap all day and sleep like a log.
Over Christmas I had almost 9 hrs in one go that's almost unheard of.
I can go two three days at a time surviving on only a couple of hours sleep. |
