na i won it , i trained hard for years and finally this year was my year , so i hope to keep the title next year but there is a lot of guys out there training as we talk about this , |

I suggest you put a post in the Swingers Support section and get feedback from others on your profile....Just make sure you listen and make the changes others will suggest...Maybe then you can do a 'trying something' post |
