Citizen Kane is a classic (which I own) but is a tad ponderous.
Which Great Gatsby? I prefer the Robert Redford one from the 1970s to the Leonardo di Caprio glamfest.
I don't know Phantom Thread.
I've seen Forrest Gump, Sleepless in Seattle, It's a Wonderful Life - meh.
I might be tempted by An American in Paris (although more so by An American Werewolf in London).
The rest don't float my boat.
