Is it positive or negative for you or do you “dip” in and out depending on your mood or what’s going on in your life?

I'd rather be slapped around the face with the soggy end of a fish than parade my non existent life on social media, nor do I care little for any of the other tripe that people put on as life enhancing bollocks.

S.M. will be the end of mankind, it's more fucking dangerous than A.I.

Brum - ish

I don’t post often but I like to see what friends and family are up to and I like to join groups for interests e.g. pole to get ideas for new moves.

I like social media. I can keep up with people’s lives without having to be in regular contact with them and get to congratulate them on their little (or big) wins.

I do use it, I don't post much other than pictures of my dog.

I don't see any form of social media as positive. It's pretty toxic and full of filtered fake lives. I understand why businesses use it but for personal use, I don't get it.

I’m not on any social media, just can’t be doing with it. I suppose this place sort of counts for me, since I only ever use it to socialise, and I dip in here whenever I’m in the mood.

Social media is anything but social.

The only one I use (I’m hesitant to call fab social media) is tik tok. And that more to follow interesting topics, rather than contribute.

Unfortunately I’m about as interesting as a weetabix served for Xmas lunch. So I don’t ‘do’ SM.

It's a positive for me. I can keep in touch with far flung family and friends, get ideas and joint groups for various things I'm interested in.

I'm lucky, I don't have many friends in any of the platforms and the slightest whiff of nastiness I'm off.

I’m not on any social media (and no, I don’t consider fab to be a social media site, plus my real details aren’t on here). I have never had a Facebook or a twitter or even a MySpace.

I am perfectly happy without them.

I'm only really active on facey but it's great for me. I have a huge extended family and facey lets me look interested in cousins' kids' lives by just clicking an occasional like.

I have a lot of ex-colleagues from various jobs who life all over the world, so it lets me keep up with them and their lives.

I also added some shitposters and random loonies just to keep things interesting - don't want to get bored.
