We are always happy it's just good to go out have a laugh a few drinks and meet new people , so yes it has made us happier, even now Paula is asking me are we having fun at the weekend lol |

Mmmmmm yes and not really. I was happy before I swung just sexually frustrated and inexperienced. I wouldn't say it's the swinging that's made me happier just the people I havemet oonline and in person. If it wasn't For Fab I wouldn't have met you mad lot and of course someone special  |

Swinging isn't that important in my life.
As far as I'm concerned it is just a bit of fun, a little bit extra. Sounds a bit strange I admit, but it gets us out of the house, off our arses and meeting new people that we wouldn't have met

Happier? Thats a good question as I would say no who deleting messages that really pay no relation to what I am looking for.
It has though provided me with a lot of no nonsense pleasure though.
Is happy and pleasure the same thing? |

Yes, when I started swinging I didn't really have a social life or friends. I had very little confidence and I couldn't understand why I had such fantasies and whether I was "weird".
Now I have friends, a partner (admittedly in the early stages), friends, a bit more confidence and I'm content in the knowledge that I am definitely weird but that its kind of accepted here! |

No wouldn't say it has made us any happier as it is only a very small part of our lives.
But it has made me more confident and we have got to meet people that we normally wouldn't have had the chance too. |

Wouldn't say happier as we were happy before! It's let us experience things that we would probably not have been given the chance to had we stayed vanilla! |

Yes, but indirectly. My involvement on the kink and swinging scenes has changed how I view myself and has made me more accepting of how and who I am. So yes it has made me happier but equally I recognise that those changes are as a result of a multitude of contributing factors and not just swinging/kink.

I'm mostly a happy person (though I've been on downers now and again over the years) - as I've tried relationships and cheated on the guys in every instance, I now accept that monogamy is not my thing, so life as a single swinger is just what the Doctor ordered and I can't see me giving it up until I no longer have any sexual urges so I would say it's helped to make me content with my life, therefore I'm a happy bunny |

I am not sure I am swinging in the strict sense of the word, but I am far happier now that, on those rare occasions, I am able to engage in activities that are either off the menu at home, or were impressed upon me as wrong during my upbringing. Being able to be naked with a relative stranger, and engaging in lots of touching, kissing and more is extremely liberating. If only I could do it more, then I would be in seventh heaven. |

I think it has looking back.
I've always enjoyed the ease of no strings sex, except before swinging I used to be stigmatised for it!
However as mad as this sounds I think you have to control swinging, and not let it control you. Ie. Taking breaks from it, from time to time.
And keeping sane with lots of vanilla things too!! |
