I don’t set New Year’s resolutions as such, but I set yearly goals around the solstice which I review in the summer.
This year there books I want to read, pole moves I want to achieve, I’ll cook at least one new recipe every week and there are some online courses I want to complete. There is also some stuff I want to work on around boundaries and how I communicate.

I don't have any new year resolutions because for me, they seem more often than not doomed to fail after the first couple of weeks of January.
That aside, there are a things I'd like to achieve/do next year; finally going abroad after a few years. Making more time for friends. A parkrun (it's been a few years, again ). I'm also hoping to start learning another language. The basics are there but need a fuck ton of brushing up. |

Going for a new job - I'll complete by mid Jan.
Sex - will do this week.
Start running again - doing that this week as well.
Then I'll spend the rest of the year not having sex or running and hating my job. Happy new year! |

I’m going with the below:
- Get back to fitness after 3 months of horrendous work stress.
- Make more time for walking and solo time.
- Read at least 1 book per month
- Bother to turn up to a park run |

I keep them general and not be the kind of thing you can fail in in the first few weeks! So;
Exercise more and focus on my health more.
Try to do more creative work.
Work on self-confidence issues and try not to miss out on opportunities through over-thinking.
Be more positive in going for things I want and also try to have more experiences rather than worrying about not enjoying them or that they'll go wrong.
And yes, have a lot more sex if I can. |

I don’t really do New Year’s resolutions as it’s not like the date suddenly makes me a better person. That said, I will be deciding whether to retrain for a new career. It all hinges on how well my back behaves after its January/February treatment. I love my work, so ideally, I’ll avoid a career change unless my spine has other plans. Either way, I’m aiming for ‘less physically defective’ as my theme for the year. |

I'm planning to be more intentional at the gym... I'm at the age where decline is happening faster, so maintenance (rather than gain) is important
I am also intending to renew my passport which lapsed last year
Working on my retirement plan
Sexually - extending my boundaries a bit, meeting new people |

Stick with my weightloss goals
Enjoy life
Remember my worth (even if I don't get to my target weight)
Do what makes me happy, not just the things that please others
Buy less clothes and actually wear the ones that I have! |

I never make resolutions as such but always have plans and goals for year
Main one is to take more time off work especially in summer
Work wise I need to start charging a bit more as haven’t adjusted prices for years and this year hasn’t been particularly profitable but always been scared to take that step in case work dries up
Gym goal is Gain more weight/size while maintaining same condition
Start and finish rear extension
