2 stand out,

I'm not a Arsenal fan but (although it's quite old now) Tony Adams was really thought provoking in that it was so honest & critical of himself in terms of dealing and conquering his addiction.

Also, any lovers of 80's/90's rockers give Head On by Julian Cope a read. The man is as mad as a box of frogs but he's a wonderful entertainer with a fantastic story to tell.
