The best gifts I get are usually very inexpensive but incredibly well thought out. A Starbucks pre-paid card, small tasty treats that a friend has taken the time to find due to my weird diet or even something like a handmade felt brooch.
All along the lines of 'I saw this and thought if you'. Someone found a card she knew I would love and framed it for me. Can't help but give a bit of love back |

I booked a nice facial for a friend of mine as a treat.
(Not that kind before you snigger)!
It was a Clarins one in John Lewis with a head and shoulder massage.
She loved it as she would never spend money on herself in that way.
Afternoon tea at a country house is also good, even better if you accompany them!
There you go, cream horns and facials are my suggestions for you smutty ones! |

"Next time you see her...give her a hug, hold her tight and say "thank you for being my firend". "
Was going to say a basket. Dvd, popcorn, munchies etc- 'movie night in a basket'. Or face pack, moisturiser, smellies, etc- 'pamper night in a basket'.
But the hug's better. |

"cheers guys - may just go with flowers!"
Not everybody appreciates flowers. Hay fever being just one reason. I don't have cut flowers in the house because I believe they should be growing outside. |

If this were me, the best gift that I could think of giving is to know that someone was there for me the way that I was there for them.
Sometimes the people that give to others (like your friend) often feel the loneliest - knowing someone is there for them can make all the difference - long after the bouquet of flowers have gone... |
