Stowmarket

Hi everyone this is just message to everyone who has had a tough year.

This time of year can be especially challenging for some people who have struggled with life. This can be being on your own. Having health issues, cost of living etc.

As someone who has gone through cancer treatment (prostate), have no family since coming out gay 10 years ago and being physically assaulted this year because of my sexuality and mental health issues in my 20's life can be tough.

My advice you are never alone. Contact family and friends for support. If this is not suitable contact samiritans or other support organisations.

Never been ashamed of who you are. Be kind to others even if they might not be kind and respectful to you.

Also I notice this time of year people talk about what great things they have done. Be this success at work, great holidays, falling in love.

If you have struggled this year financially or health or other issues don't be ashamed or embarrassed. You survived and are still here. Well done. There is no shame just getting by.

Just take one step at a time. You have made it so far. So to me your a hero and your amazing.

Love and respect x
