Just saw the new list of the most valuable records
Spiceworld worth £30
Madness baggy trousers £80
now that's what I call music 2000 (1997)
In these austere times im sure many of you will have a shed of old vinyl in your attic.
I still smart I sold my old mans records. Original dark side of the moon with the sticker worth about £3k now! |

Where did you find the list? I still have over 100 of my LP's and dunno how many singles and early 60's EP's. Always wanted to know if any of them are worth anything. |

Sorry to put a bit of a damper on this, but when certain vinyl LPs have a decent value quoted they tend to be very specific ie largely to do with which pressing, or label cover or serial no. and are for albums in immaculate condition. Generally albums from the 'popular bands of the 60s-70s are worth between £1 and £3. Sorry guys |

Party pooper or not, he/she's right. For anyone vaguely interested in values just try watching vinyl on ebay. Prices vary hugely according to current demand. The actual "book prices" may be relatively high but try getting that for them. I've seen specific 7" singles going for £50 - £60 then picked up a near mint copy myself for just over £20. It's not the answer to "how to make money fast" |
